Refund Policy

Eligibility

• Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase.
• The product must not have been used extensively (e.g., multiple logins, HWID locks applied).
• Refunds are only available for first-time purchases — repeat purchases are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Cases

• Bans from third-party servers (e.g., Hypixel, Minemen) are not grounds for a refund.
• Incompatibility with cracked/pirated Minecraft launchers.
• Failure to read the product description or system requirements.
• Chargebacks filed without first contacting us will result in a permanent ban from all services.

How to Request

1. Open a ticket in our Discord server.
2. Provide your order ID and reason for the request.
3. Our team will review and respond within 48 hours.

Partial Refunds

At our discretion, we may offer partial refunds or service credit depending on usage.
