By purchasing or using Abyss Client, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

License

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use Abyss Client for the duration of your subscription. License keys are tied to your account and hardware identifier (HWID). Sharing, reselling, or distributing the client or your key is prohibited and will result in termination without refund.

Acceptable Use

• Abyss Client is a utility client for Minecraft 1.8.9. You are responsible for how you use it and for complying with the rules of any server you join.
• Bans issued by third-party servers are the user's responsibility and are not grounds for a refund.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or tampering with the client or its authentication system is strictly prohibited.

Accounts & Keys

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and license key secure.
• Keys lost due to account sharing or negligence may not be replaced.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with no refund for the remaining subscription period.

Service Availability

We aim for maximum uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime for maintenance or updates does not qualify for compensation or refunds unless it extends beyond 72 consecutive hours.

Abyss Client is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Abyss Client is not affiliated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft. Use of the client is at your own risk.

Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the client after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
